Our main storage complex is conveniently located at the heart of the Colombo city within the hospital square where all leading government and private hospitals are located within the reach of 10 – 15 minutes.

Storage and distribution effectiveness
- All incoming (imported and local purchases) goods are comprehensively assessed for quality and stored in pre-identified storage locations within 12 hours from arrival at our warehouse.
- All products are arranged and stored using FIFO system and 5S system where product location can be identified within few seconds.
- Arrangement of order delivery within 30 minutes from the time of order receival.
- Delivery of incoming orders within 24 hours to the respective customers.
- Immediate and online update of stocks using a comprehensive software solution.

Infrastructure
Our central storage complex is equipped with the following infrastructure for effective storage and distribution.
- State of the art racking system
- Two separate cool rooms for storage of products below 25ºC
- Separate chiller facilities for storage of products below 8ºC
- Tools and equipment for effective distribution such as hoists, safety ladders and trolleys.
